The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – Columbia Chapter is a local affiliate of a national non-profit advocacy group whose mission is to advocate on behalf of Black women and girls through national and local actions and strategic alliances that promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment.

Our member based organization consists of a diverse group of very talented, dedicated and career oriented women.  The underlying commonality that ties us together is the desire to effect positive change for black women and girls.  We are surrounded by a group of strong, progressive women, promoting a sisterly bond that provides support and guidance, both professionally and personally.

We operate through a committee structure to address issues in the various areas of our agenda. Our standing committees are: Health, Education, Political Advocacy, Economic Empowerment and Fund Development. Our monthly meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month with our last meeting of the fiscal year being held in May and reconvening in September.
